"A Festival of One Acts"

 

September  17, 18, 19, 20, 2009

 

Participate as:

Actor  -  Director  -  Author  -  Tech

 

            The Play(s):

 

            A one act play with a running time of 45 minutes or less.

            Character list of 10 or less.

            Any theme or genre.  Keeping in mind an Oro Valley audience – conservative view of language.

            To be directed as readers theatre or with minimal set and blocking.

            Pre-Judging will select the top nine plays for production.   Awards to be given to all.

            Final judging by professionals from Tucson, Los Angeles, Boston, and New York

            Top three plays submitted to Samuel French, Inc. for possible publication.

                        Deadline:         August 28, 2009

           

            Director resumes submitted to the above by August 21, 2009.

            Auditions to be held on August 27 and 28, location TBA, 7:00 pm til done.

            Tech selection to be completed by August 21, 2009
