In the play, two civil war re-enactors arrive for their annual Gettysburg beer only to find a stranger sitting at their table, and their time-honored traditions are called into question as time shifts between past and present.

Featuring Emilee Foster, Michael Gifford and Steve Wood.

Jessica Dickey hails from Waynesboro, Pennsylvania and received her BFA from Boston University and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. Jessica made her playwriting debut with THE AMISH PROJECT, which made its critically acclaimed World Premiere at the Rattlestick Playwrights Theater. THE AMISH PROJECT completed a five week run at the City Theatre in Pittsburgh, a three week run in Korea, and was produced by the American Theatre Company in Chicago; it is published by Samuel French. As an actor, Jessica has been seen on stage and screen– recent credits including the World Premiere of Dan O’Brien’s ANGEL IN THE TREES as well as the Broadway revival of WIT.

Glen Coffman is a Founding Ensemble Member of Winding Road, where he has directed AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY, A HUMAN EQUATION, FIFTH OF JULY, THE LION IN WINTER and DOROTHY PARKER’S LAST CALL. Other Tucson directing credits include TOUCH, ALL MY SONS, PICNIC, LEMON SKY, OF MICE AND MEN, HOLY SPIRIT ON GRAND AVENUE, THAT SLUT! and TROJAN WOMEN, to name a few.

Winding Road Theater Ensemble is a group of artists whose mission is to tell dynamic, theatrical stories that illuminate the human condition and celebrate the theater’s power to entertain us, to move us, and to bring us joy. Inspired by the disparate creative journeys that eventually brought us together, WRTE has a special commitment to developing new work by living American playwrights. We fulfill our mission by producing seasons of contemporary and classic works representing diverse styles, themes, and perspectives; and by presenting readings, workshops, and full productions of new plays.
