Hi everyone,

Piano Night is here! Our series will open with the dazzling piano skills of Nick Stanley. His jazzy bluesy boogie style brings the sound of New Orleans home. Hear Nick up close and personal in the intimate setting of the historic Z Mansion, 288 N. Church.

I will open the show with a special tribute to our national treasure and friend, Pinetop Perkins, who passed away this week at the age of 97. I had the honor of standing in his footsteps for a few songs on his record, "Ladies Man", when an incident with a train prevented him from playing piano for a couple of months... Pinetop sure lived a blessed life and we are blessed to have known him.

Tickets for the Piano Night series are $20 or 3 shows for $50, and can be purchased online at www.lisaotey.com. You can also reserve your tickets by phone, 370.5912, and pay at the door. There is free parking in the lot north of the Z Mansion, which is located on Church, just north of the Y and east of El Charro.
