Nanu Nanu is BOP's Comedy Show

"Nanu, Nanu" honors the comic spirit of Robin Williams to whom all BOP comics bow down. Bisbee's Obscure Productions "Almost Annual Comedy Show" will follow Williams in his quest bring laughs to the populace. In particular, Mitchell A. Reed-Tattan and Nikki Heinrich will recreate Williams's classic sketch, Christopher Durang's "The Funeral Parlor."

BOP is going out for comedy for the 12th time at Central School Project's "Squffy" Theater in the heart of Old Bisbee. The yearly laugh riot will take place on November 21 and 22 at 7:30, with a 3:00 matinee on November 23. Producer Mitchell A. Reed-Tattan has assembled a hilarious cast including many long time favorites. Lyn Gae, who made her BOP debut last year, will host. Hilary Pursehouse, Keith Allen Dennis, Obscure Rae and Suzi Pretty will be joining her. Dance Matrix is back after a break as are Patricia Sherick and Will Gronlund. Other funny folk tickling your funny bone will be Margo Macartney, Carrie Mitten and "Bonzo." Adult language and situations should be expected.

Opening Night, November 21, will feature the First Night Café with wine and baked goods from the BOP Bakers. All performances are at Central School Project, 43 Howell Ave., Old Bisbee.

Bisbee's Obscure Productions has two new ticket outlets in Old Bisbee: Finders Keepers on Main Street and Mimosa Market on Brewery Gulch. Patrons can also purchase tickets at The Bisbee Food Coop in Lowell and directly from Bisbee's Obscure Productions. Advance tickets are $10 for adults. For credit card sales from BOP, add $1 per ticket. Contact BOP at PO Box 277, Bisbee AZ 85603, 520.255.2097, or theaterbisbee@gmail.com for more information. Tickets are $12 at the door for adults and $6 for students.
