Last Weekend of "The Arab Israeli Cookbook" play at Cholla High School

This weekend is the final weekend of Cholla High Magnet School's production of "The Arab-Israeli Cookbook," the play by Robin Soans and directed by Cholla's theater director Julian Martinez, is produced in partnership with the Qatar Foundation International.
The cookbook as play translates the first-person interviews that bring together views from Jerusalem, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and the Israeli settlements—also discussing social issues, violence, heart stuff and family.
Tickets are $10 and performances are tonight, Thursday, Nov. 13, continuing Friday and Saturday, 7 p.m. at Cholla High Magnet School, 2001 W. Starr Pass. For more info, call 225-4161.
