Tucson: Auditions this Sunday - Coyote Ramblers Performing Artists

Subject: Reminder - Auditions this Sunday

      Auditions for Coyote Ramblers Performing Artists Main-Stage Production which will run November 3 to November 19th, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.  Rehearsals begin October 2 and will be only three times weekly until they increase during the final two weeks before opening.

Three innovative, original plays, two of which have won regional and a national awards:

- LENA'S SECRET GARDEN - a husband and wife attempt to find their way past a tragic event:

Lena: actor age can be from early 30's to early 50's

Michael: actor age can be from middle 30's to middle 50's.

- TIME - a woman early 30's, fussy, neurotic, who upon returning from another friend getting married, considers what she how things might be in various moods.

No dialogue in this play, all behavior acting which must coordinate with a dancer.

- HOT-WIRED HIGHWAYS - a mid to late 20's woman who travels the highways by hitchhiking and telling stories and doing whatever that takes.  A one-woman show that needs strong stage presence to convey the hard life on the roads.

ALSO: For Public Staged Reading Series that begins October 1, 2 to 4 pm, with only three rehearsals immediately prior the presentation.

BASH by Neil LaBute - Play Breakdown: Three personal accounts examining today’s young professionals and their take on personal values and this world.

Characters:
Young Man in hotel room - early 30's, handsome, dresses well, a corporate man.

John - early to mid 20's, a recent college grad with a mean streak under a pleasant veneer.
Sue - early to mid 20's, a recent college grad who still cannot quite see the world she’s living in.

Woman - early to mid 20's, nervous about dark moments in her past.

Auditions for all these shows, this Sunday, Sept 17th, from 1-5 pm at Artfare, 55 N. 6th Avenue ( across from the bus station in the old Sears building.

Audition appointment necessary for all actors - Call - 682 - 3224
Arrive 15 minutes before to prepare to audition from sides of the show.
Bring - head shot and resume if not already on file.
