Arizona Onstage Productions, a five-time Arizona Daily Star MAC Award Winning musical professional theatre company, is having an open-call audition for the Tony Award winning musical THE FULL MONTY.
 
The show itself will play for two weekends, Feb - 8th - 18th, 2007, on the main stage of The Temple of Music and Art. 
 
Auditions are by appointment on Saturday October 7th from 12:30-4:00  at The Basis School (3825 E 2nd street - Purple building).  We will book at 10 minute intervals.  Please call in advance if possible, walk-ins will be seen as is convenient.  
 
This will be a fully staged production with a professional orchestra led by music director Khris Dodge, choreographed by Stacy Johnson and directed by Carol Calkins.
 
A stipend will be provided.
 
We are looking for all types of people: all colors, body types, ages.  There are roles for 21 actors in this show.  There is one juvenile role for a male who could range in age from 9-14.  All other cast members should be at least 18 years of age.
 
Please note that central male characters (excluding the youth role) will be very briefly nude in the final scene.  This scene lasts for approx. three seconds, however, the central male characters are featured in scenes that include partial nudity.  It is a musical comedy.  . . it should be and will be fun and joyous for all involved. The book is written by multi-Tony Award and Pulitzer prize winner Terrance McNalley.
 
AUDITIONS: we are looking for two contrasting songs that showcase your voice and personality. A pianist will be provided. Please bring your sheet music.
