Air-Conditioned Large Theater Space, or General Performance Space, or Dance Space with appropriate high-ceiling, excellent natural or illuminated lighting, and Dance floor.  Also available immediately, Air-conditioned Rehearsal Rooms, Meeting Rooms, or Classes.  Two Air-Conditioned mirrored Dance Studios with dance floors and dance bars.  Several large spaces for musicians to practice or present shows of modest size.

All Rentals available for one-class, on-going classes, one performance, or schedule an entire season.

Rates include lighting and sound equipment, flats for set walls and audience risers or stage risers.
