AFRO BRAZILIAN DRUMMING with CARLOS VALDEZ
THIS SUNDAY RIGHT AFTER DANCE CLASS!

Carlos Valdez is visiting from BARD COLLEGE in New York, where he heads a college group in samba, Bard Sambistas! Along with samba, Carlos has years of percussion background including Cuban music and more. His energy is WAY UP and he can do a LOT with a range of drummers from absolute beginners and up in a short amount of time.

This is a great intro to the rhythms, and we'll be having Carlos back by summer for a FULL WORKSHOP series! Stay tuned!
