1) MJ: the theatre's overworked but resilient stage manager. 40ish ( a major role)
2) Wayne: in search of a new career in acting 30-40ish (a major role)
3) Walter: a male of color (30ish) who is newly returned from Armed Service and wants to take up acting again.
