"A WESTSIDE STORY"

Writer/Director Sal Baldenegro, Jr. is casting "A Westside Story", a
docudrama stageplay taking place in the late 1960s/early '70s, based
on the El Rio for the People movement, a defining struggle of the
Mexican-American civil rights movement of Tucson.  This is an
independent production, with rehearsals to begin in September.
Seeking:

Lead male:  18-24, Latino, smart, passionate, vocal leader
Lead female:  18-24, Latina, smart, strategic personality, quiet leader

Supporting male #1:  18-24, Latino, smart, strategic, passionate
Supporting female #1:  18-24, White, passionate, devoted to the cause,
SM1's love interest
Supporting male #2:  18-24, Latino, wild, funny, straight from the barrio
Supporting male #3:  18-24, Latino, calm, brainy, dry sense of humor
