Auditions for The Lady and The Clarinet by Michael Cristofer, directed by Avilynn Pwyll and presented by TADA for the benefit of the new Performance Center of Tucson, will be held Saturday morning Sept. 7 between 9am and 11am at the Comedy Playhouse, 3620 N. 1st Ave, 85719.

If you are unable to attend during the above time, please contact us for another audition time. Auditions will be 'cold' reading, although sides will be emailed to you. The only roles open are Paul and George: Paul, age range 22 to 25 and George, age range 40-50. Paul is kind, awkward, handsome in a quirky way, and way out of his league with the precocious Luba (Luba is in her 40s and remembering the three greatest loves of her life, portraying herself at 16, 30s and 40s). George is a wealthy, retired businessman, romantic, sensual and happy to cook and keep house. The play does contain adult language and themes. Performance dates are December 6th, 7th, 13th and 14th, closing Friday December 20th.
