CASTING CALL - VARIETY SHOW TO BENEFIT BODY LOVE CONFERENCE (online-only)
The Body Love Conference is looking for talented local performance artists for a body love-themed variety show staging on April 5th, 2014. This is a fundraiser.
Submitted material should integrate one or more of the following themes:
Self-love ♥ Reclaiming self-trust ♥ Transgender body positivism
Intimacy & self-acceptance ♥ Loving your body after sexual assault
Beauty in aging & transcending ageism ♥ Disability & empowerment
Multiracial expansions of beauty ♥ Eating disorders ♥ Mental health
When submitting your work for consideration, please include your name, your website, the best way to reach you, and a thorough description of your act and how it relates to the theme, including any supporting video footage and photos. Video is highly encouraged.
