TUCSON PERFORMERS WANTED

An Audience Needs YOU!

Training next Thursday- IT’S YOUR CHANCE TO BECOME A BOOKPAL

BookPALSwww.bookpals.net (Performing Artists for Literacy in Schools) is a program of the Screen Actors Guild Foundation.  You don't have to be union to volunteer.  We put readers into under-served elementary schools to read aloud to children on a weekly basis. These are kids who may have no one at home who can read to them. This the most fun you can have volunteering! You'll have a chance to practice your voices and dialects before the most appreciative audience ever, AND you'll be helping kids enjoy books and reading.  Training and book lists provided.
