AUDITIONS FOR "HANDLE WITH CARE"

At Invisible Theatre

1400 N First Avenue (at the corner of Drachman)

 

Invisible Theatre is holding open auditions for two male characters and one female character for

the romantic comedy HANDLE WITH CARE to be performed in the 2014/15 Season. Auditions will be held

on Sunday, March 30, 2014, 5:00 pm at Invisible Theatre, 1400 N. First Ave (at Drachman), Tucson, AZ 85719.

 

IT is casting for the following:

 

AYELET: (eye-YELL-it): Female. Thirties. Israeli. Beautiful, lovely, but has lost her smile.

Practical. Focused. Searching for more from life but afraid to admit it.

Required: must know Hebrew or be able to learn.

 

TERRENCE: Male. Thirties. American. Virginia accent. Works as a delivery guy for DHX.

Kind of a screw-up, but very well-meaning. Not an idiot, just not worldly. A solid good-guy.

Funny without meaning to be.

 

JOSH: Male. Thirties. American. Handsome. Used to be an English Lit teacher at VA Tech

but quit after his wife died. Though wounded by his loss he still has an innate charming-shy-funny way about him.

Tends to talk quickly, words tumbling out when he is nervous.

 

Sides will be available beginning March 24t at the Invisible Theatre administrative office

(1400 N. First Ave) between 10 am and 4 pm Monday-Thursday.
